Who We’ve Helped
We’ve been honored to work with numerous counties in California and many other organizations working to make life better for vulnerable children and families. Statewide implementation efforts have included California Child and Family Services Review, Families First Prevention Services Act, Cal-OARS, Extended Foster Care (AB 12), and Resource Family Approval, among others.

Thank you and your team for all of the help provided you with us getting our CSA and our SIP completed…El Dorado County will actually have a SIP to work from that is honest and reflects the areas that need improvement along with strategies to actually make change happen!

I think this [Logic Model] document is just fantastic! This will also help electeds, who have not been with us for every step, to better understand our direction.

Lisa - Just a note of immense appreciation for all your assistance with the case record coding of last Spring and your Summer efforts to edit, organize, and introduce the 20 teaching cases. I'm in the midst of reviewing your excellent table of contents and editing the wonderful Introduction. Sarah and I so appreciate the work of your team and look forward to submitting the manuscript to the publisher in late October. As we develop our next steps with CW data-mining in the coming year, I hope that we can call upon you and your team again.

Thank you and your team, we certainly got everything we hoped for and more out of the retreat. I certainly credit your team, both in your preparation and your nimbleness in adjusting as the retreat unfolded in ways none of us could have anticipated.

SVC has been incredibly helpful to San Benito County over the last ten years, but immensely over the last two years. They have provided exemplary service for all child welfare programs. The depth of knowledge of the consulting team is impressive, from assistance with the California Child and Family Services Review process, coaching of staff and assisting with implementation of many new and changing policies, procedures and processes. It is a pleasure to work with SVC and receive quality professional consulting and work.

Shared Vision Consultants is a great resource for Probation departments.
They are professional with experts in Probation who have helped guide us through complex federal and state mandated processes. I highly recommend them.

When our Agency took on the arduous but necessary task of updating its policy and procedures Online Handbook last year, I was less than thrilled at the prospect of getting an additional assignment. I’d worked with one of SVC’s consultants on a previous project, so I assumed they would come to the work with a high level of knowledge and competency. What turned out to be equally important in moving the project forward, however, was the SVC consultant’s relaxed interactional style, and open-minded curiosity. She did a great job of eliciting my lived experience with the work, and translating it into straightforward, user friendly language that gave us the improved version of the Handbook that we needed.
