In partnership with Child and Family Policy Institute (CFPIC), Shared Vision Consultants has served as the lead statewide consultant for the implementation of AB12/212 Fostering Connections to Success.  Funded by Stuart Foundation and Walter S. Johnson Foundation, Shared Vision Consultants has worked closely with California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and the AB12/212 Stakeholders to develop an implementation framework.  Shared Vision Consultants facilitated the Steering Committee, Children's Leadership Team, and worked closely with all five Focus Area Teams to ensure the completion of the required deliverables (All County Letters, County Fiscal Letters, Regulations). 

Implementing a large scale project such as AB12/212 is no easy feat. In order to assist counties in their planning and implementation process, An AB12/212 Implementation Tool Kit was created.
