June 2, 2209 - Shared Vision Consultants Adds Risa Koziol and Mark Molinar to the Consulting Team.

Shared Vision Consultants, a leading provider of Human Services organizational improvement strategies, including facilitated assessments and training for county, State and Federal agencies is pleased to announce the addition of industry veterans Risa Koziol and Mark Molinar to their consulting team.

"We are extremely fortunate to have the cumulative expertise and backgrounds of Risa and Mark, as they join Stacie and me at this time," said Lisa Molinar, director of Shared Vision Consultants.  "Despite the current environment, our business in this area has expanded rapidly over the last year.  We have worked with Risa and Mark in the past as they have assisted us with PQCRs and contracts.  Adding them as full time members of our team will bring the depth of knowledge and expertise that we need to meet the growing demand."

Risa brings over 25 years of experience in consulting, sales, and the services industry.  Most recently, she ran a small business that focused on the creation and logistics of training programs and new service introductions for both corporate and government related entities.  Risa has a Business degree from Purdue University.

Mark brings 18 years of design consulting and service experience with expertise in dealing with regulations at the Federal, State and local levels.  As a design consultant, he brings extensive knowledge in the process of collaboration and consensus building.  Mark is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Stacie Buchanan, a co-founder of Shared Vision Consultants, has recently transitioned to Casey Family Programs as the Bay Area Community Supervisor.  She will continue to work with Shared Vision as an adjunct consultant on the consulting team.  She has over 17 years experience in human services administration, management, social work and training.  Stacie has a Masters degree in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley.
