Lisa Molinar founder and President of Shared Vision Consultants, brings passion for children and families and unique creativity to Shared Vision Consultants, a consulting firm that specializes in assisting the Human Service profession. Building upon a background in social work, Lisa has a solid track record of success in the California Child Welfare and Human Services arenas. Lisa is well regarded for her ability to strategize, synthesize, and develop products within desired timelines for private foundations, non-profit agencies and public agencies. Her background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, 20 years of front line child welfare and staff development practice, and outstanding skills in implementing programs and creating organizational change.
Lisa has become well known throughout California and has partnered with rural, suburban and urban counties throughout the state. Her expertise includes facilitating California’s AB12 Fostering Connections to Success Act legislation statewide. She is proficient in addressing a wide range of subject areas, including facilitating California Children and Family Services Review (C-CFSR) components of Peer Quality Case Review (PQCR), County Self Assessment (CSA) and System Improvement Plan (SIP). Lisa served as the Bay Area Social Services Consortium (BASSC) Project Coordinator, and has developed training materials related to AB12, Family Finding, Engaging Fathers, ICWA, Birth to Six Initiative, and numerous other topics. She is the developer of Implementation Tool Kits and has adapted them for a number of initiatives. Lisa is an expert process facilitator and dynamic public speaker. To the table she brings innovation, strategy and leadership to California and beyond.
