California Outcomes and Accountability System Planning

Shared Vision Consultants has extensive experience in Child Welfare and the Child and Family Services Review system. We have a unique understanding of the California Outcomes and Accountability System and are currently working with Stakeholders to improve the process.

Shared Vision Consultants, Inc. is committed to the move towards transparency in human services agencies and the gathering of perspectives from both internal and external stakeholders, to improve outcomes for children, youth and families. To help inform this process Shared Vision Consultants have bought together collaborations including staff, recipients of services, community partners, agencies in order to facilitate discussions based on data findings and trends.

Shared Vision Consultants has been directly involved in Peer Quality Case Review, Self Assessment, System Improvement Planning processes within various counties and the State. We have participated in all components, from assistance with the planning, facilitating the process and event, organizing the plan and writing related reports.
